Terms of sale and use
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms cover buying and using Screen Keys, made by André Costa (“we”).
Who sells it
Screen Keys is sold through FastSpring, our reseller and merchant of record. When you buy, your contract of sale is with FastSpring, and their terms of sale also apply.
Your licence
- One purchase gives you a licence key for one Mac at a time, for as long as you like. You can move it to another Mac by releasing it on the one it's on.
- Updates to Screen Keys are included.
- You may not resell or share your licence, or copy the app for others.
Price and tax
You pay once. The price is about 0.99 US dollars, shown in your local currency where we offer one and in US dollars elsewhere; the price charged is the one FastSpring shows at checkout, where sales tax or VAT is also worked out. Every future update to Screen Keys is included in that price.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Warranty and liability
Screen Keys is provided as it is. We do our best to make it work well on the macOS versions listed on this site, but can't promise it works with every app or every future version of macOS. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the laws of your own country.
